Welcome to the 100English digital learning ecosystem, co-developed and legally anchored by Sunshine Training and Technology Company Limited and 2EDU Academy. By accessing our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Corporate Legal Entity & Educational Accreditation
Verified Legal Entity & Educational Licensing:

0201915945(Operating continuously since December 13, 2018). - 🎓 Licensed Educational Institution: Sunshine Foreign Language and Informatics Center (Established and licensed under official Decision by the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City).
- 📍 Licensed Training Campus: Cau Vong Market area, Hai Son Ward, Do Son District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.
- 🛡️ Certified Registered Trademark: The Sunshine trademark is officially protected under Certificate No. VN-4-2023-45288 issued by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam for comprehensive educational services, youth English training, international exam preparation, soft skills, and foreign language center operations.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All 100 curriculum modules, 2,000+ interactive drills, Eco Top Today leaderboard algorithms, user interface designs, and cognitive language methods are the exclusive intellectual property of 2EDU & Sunshine Co., Ltd. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or commercial reselling is strictly prohibited.
3. 180-Day Account Access Policy
- Each student account maintains 6 months (180 days) of full access from activation date.
- Learners progress freely across flexible paces (21-day standard, 7-14 day bootcamp, or 90-day habit track).
- Completing 100/100 lessons before account expiration grants lifetime digital Statement of Completion validity.
4. Regulatory Notification Schedule
Transparency Notice: This platform is undergoing continuous content and infrastructure testing, scheduled for official regulatory submission to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) in January 2027.
